Dr. Franks very quickly identified and treated for the foot problem my daughter had (~ 1 week). This was important because shehad just completed cheer season and needed to be ready for the start of softball which was about a 12 week break. When I wasn't getting a response from the physical therapy facility, he personally called them and within an hour, we were getting her appointments scheduled. She was released just in time for the start of try-outs - just like Dr. Franks promised!
