I'm very disappointed in the work done by this Dentist. The four front veneers didn't match my crowns. The veneers look gray in comparison to my upper crowns. Whenever I smile, you can really see the difference between the two colors. My husband and family noticed it immediately.

Highly recommend. I have been his patient since 1992. I had a fear of dentists, needles, fillings, etc. During my first visit, I needed a lot of work. Dr. Kozal, put together a treatment plan. The staff understood my insurance and worked within my yearly insurance maximums to insure minimal money coming out of my pocket. I moved to Lincoln Park years ago and still drive through all that traffic for my 6 month cleanings. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kozal rocks! He's so awesome to have as a dentist. He makes sure every patient is comfortable. His office staff always answers any and all questions I may have and they are extremely accommodating. I've been visiting his office my entire life and have never had an issue.

I waited a little too long to go to a dentist and had some complex dental problems by the time I got
up the courage to call Dr. DaveKozal. I needed a deep cleaning, several fillings and crowns and
after 18 months between cleanings and dentistry, my mouth feels wonderful. I recommend Dr.
Kozal because he is very thorough but also gentle. He has a good sense of humor and makes you feel at home. Andrea, the hygienist is very good and Janet, the receptionist makes sure that I keep comin back
