Dr. David McCarty, DMD

Had a Root Canal 3 days ago and I can recommend Dr McCarty to anyone listening. Went through the experience with no pain and tooth is back to normal. Staff is friendly, professional and experienced.

Absolutely AWESOME patient care. I had a root canal procedure that didn't hurt !! Dr McCarty really seems committed to the patient's comfort. I have severe dental phobia and he made sure I was comfortable thru the entire procedure. No one wants a root canal, but Dr McCarty is one of those exceptional people who is REALLY good at his chosen profession. Recommend 100%.

I had a ROOT CANAL(!) and it didn't suck. It didn't even hurt. It was no worse than a filling. Dr McCarty AND his staff are really good at what they do and it shows. Their practice is emergency treatment based so they only deal with people in pain and yet, they are kind, upbeat, fit, happy people. Maybe it's because they know their patients experience is going to be a positive experience, not a lifelong horror story. A root canal doesn't have to be a nightmare, go to these people. It was a whole different experience.

The exam was thorough and diagnosed the issue. BUT, there was extremely poor mask wearing throughout the entire office, especially by Dr. McCarty himself when he removed his mask to talk to me without distancing. With COVID cases spiking in the area, I expected the utmost in caution. When the topic of COVID came up, he stated his opinion that too many "fear tactics" have been used. He isn't an infectious disease specialist, so his opinions and his actions were highly inappropriate. Although my family has used his services on this and on a previous occasion, we will never use them again due to their total disregard for the guidelines around COVID.

Dr. McCarty and staff are all kind, supportive and compassionate making sure I was comfortable at all times, and working tirelessly in making sure the job was done right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It isn't often that you have a smile on your face after a root canal, but I did after my appointment with Dr. McCarty. He was very gentle, kind and informative, putting me at ease and even offering to do the root canal right away.There was minimal discomfort! His assistant, Danyell was very friendly, sweet, reassuring and competent. Karmen, the office Manager was so helpful and put a personal touch to the whole experience, assuring me that I could call anytime. What a superb experience!

This is my first visit to Dr. McCarty’s office after visiting many Endodontics in town and this is by far the best treatment I’ve had in a while, staff is very friendly and professional, Dr. McCarty is a great guy and he understood my problem and began on the treatment right away. I highly recommend him if you need any endodontic treatment or root canal. Thanks you Dr. McCarty.
