Dr. David Merrell, DDS

Found Dr. Merrell and excellent dentist for my granddaughter and his dental assistant very kind to my granddaughter. Unfortunately I cannot speak as well of his reception personnel and paper shufflers. Last year, drove the hour to the good Doctor’s Office, only to be told, that the person that did the dental cleaning was not in. We rescheduled and my granddaughter had her teeth cleaned, and had her annual dental check-up. Even though we had to make an additional trip to make the rescheduled appointment. This year received 4 text messages asking to confirm her appointment, which we did each time. The evening before , received phone call, missed call, received voicemail to confirm appointment, which was done, returned call about 2 minutes after , office was closed. TODAY 11JUN24, arrived 12 minutes early . To the point, reception personnel are rude, unprofessional, and less than thoughtful.
