This is the most irresponsible bunch of bumpkins masquerading as healthcare professional as you'll ever have the misfortune of meeting. If you need to submit your dental records to get your insurance company to cover procedures, they'll botch it every time, for months at a time, for that matter. Then when you resort to legal assistance to get them to submit proof of services, they'll ignore your every plea to provide the most basic assistance that a supposed healthcare provider should provide. So whatever you do, don't be fooled by their aw-shucks posturing. They're bad news with a warm and cozy smile. I repeat, beware. Just ask the receptionist how long they've been there because the swift turnaround at the main desk is a clear indication that something is afoot and probably a huge contributor to why their administration of basic customer service is so disastrous. Don't waste your time; don't waste your money; don't say someone didn't warn you should you choose to ignore my advice.
