Would not repair my tooth at visit scheduled for a broken painful tooth. Told to schedule a follow-up and of course pay half up front. The remander due on date of service.I learned very quickly that at this practice dental care is a luxury. Something only the wealthy deserve. Absolutely disgusted!

Best Dentist I have ever been to.
Dr. Peck is a professional at every thing he does. He is calm and soft spoken. He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. I am so relaxed going there and I have been to more dentists than I can count. He has done an amazing job on my teeth, never has he hurt me ever. The staff there is like family. So friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying him I am sure you won’t be disappointed. His office is big and beautiful, bright and inviting. Unlike some other offices.

Bad Billing and Selling Motto
Staff is nice and you can get the majority of your dentistry done. They told me they took my insurance but failed to tell me they were out of network, resulting in my insurance paying less than half of each visit. I have spent thousands out of pocket in a year on dental work becaue of this. Half payment is due prior to appointment and half at appointment even if you have insurance, you won't get billed you pay up front. You also don't get your overpayment back, they keep it as a credit and it appears they overcharge each visit on purpose. Each visit they try to sell you a service or make you come. The hygenist told me I have two free cleanings a year and tried to schedule me in 3 months from the first, when I corrected her and said it was one every 6 months she then told me I needed more cleanings. They spend less than 30 minutes doing my cleaning, so my teeth arent bad. It is a profit before patient practice. I wish my 20 plus year dentist never retired.

Life is too short to spend in negativity. After my consultation with Dr. Peck, I made a conscious decision not to be where I do not want to be; namely, Taylor Street Dental. Positive alternatives are available and worth investigating.
