Dr. Petti's office has horrible customer service! If you get fillings done there, expect them to fall out multiple times. They will just patch it or paint a varnish over it, without drilling any of the decay out or priming the tooth first, which is why the fillings keep falling out. Then when you ask why you are being charged, their receptionist will try to blame it on you and make it seem like the insurance company is forcing them to charge you, when it should and can be waived. Unprofessional.

Friendly doctor and staff. Did a really thorough teeth cleaning.

I believe that this dentist doesn't really know what he is doing and tries to explain away his mistakes. He should pursue his real passion, acting, as he is currently portraying a dentist in his current role. Additionally, office staff thinks they know everything, but frankly knows very little about insurance. DON'T GO HERE if you want the smile portrayed on their business card.
