Rude and walked out on me and my child
Surprised this dentist has good reviews. He became upset that my 4-year-old started crying during her visit and said, "There's nothing wrong with her teeth. She's probably just complaining for the sake of complaining - like she is now." After my child refused his offer of water and changed her mind, he then told her, "So is it no or is it yes?!" before storming out the door without another word. I know I wasn't imagining any of this shocking behavior because his own staff who was in the room immediately apologized to me after he walked out. He was essentially a grown man who responded to my child's meltdown with a tantrum of his own. He was not only unprofessional, he was actually cruel.
