Dr. David Singer, DDS

I have been seeing Dr. Singer for ~20 years. I live in Bethesda but have no issue with driving to Damascus for my appointment. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever seen, and his fees are quite reasonable. In addition, his staff is wonderful - very friendly and helpful.

I've been going to doc Singer for a very long time. He is patient and kind and knows that I'm terrified of dentists and works with me! Love the whole staff there!

This is a great office. The staff are very friendly and didn't give me a hard time for not going to the dentist in some years. The doctor was very informative and explained everything to me very clearly. I was more then satified by the level of serive provided.

Dr. Singer was never available at my appointments. I did not see a dentist in over a year and a half because it was never mentioned to me that he wouldn't be there every time that I scheduled a cleaning. Furthermore, either they failed to notice in any of my scans, or failed to inform me, that I was suffering from bone loss due to gum disease. It was never mentioned to me and treatment was never offered. I was completely unaware and it was always an unknown to me as to why my gums were always bleeding no matter how often I brushed or flossed. It was only when I moved out of state and saw a new dentist that I was told of this dangerous health issue. The lack of treatment of this could have led to losing teeth or even other serious medical issues.

My latest visit to Dr Singer's office reminded me again why I have continued to be a patient for many years and actually look forward to my checkups. Everyone in this practice and helpful and they make you feel like part of their family from the front desk to my hygenist to Dr Singer himself. There is usually only a minimal wait and you can talk openly and candidly with everyone there. I especially thank Sara for taking great care of my teeth for many years!
