Do Not Recommend
I seen Dr Thieroff on a couple occasions due to my regular dentist being out. After I was prepped for my procedure I waited for the dentist for over 45 mins. I repeatedly ask his asst abt how long it would it be before the dentist started the procedure as I needed to get back to work. She didn’t know but offered to check.When the dentist finally get to the room he did not offer an apology for his tardiness. At this point over an hour had passed since my scheduled appt. When I mentioned that it was disrespectful to leave a patient waiting for so long and not communicate the reason for the delay. Given that this wasn’t the first time he had no consideration for my time, it was the last time I went to him.

Not likely to recommend him
My first experience with Dr. Thieroff was not impressive. After the hygienist cleaned my teeth (great job), the Dr quickly looked in my mouth, and told me everything looked great, without looking at the notes from the last exam. Since he didn't read the notes, he neglected to discuss a cracked tooth and a small decay. I reminded him and he agreed that additional work will be necessary. Since then, I stopped going to this practice and will be going elsewhere. He might be having an off day, but I feel a bit uneasy with him working in my mouth.
