Bad office and office manager
I disagreed on a suggested service due to a very high price to glue in a crown. The manager was irate that I questioned the price and when I said prior dentists in this office would not charge for simple job of gluing crown. She told me to my business elsewhere….very happy I did. Also, not a friendly office.

Very disappointing
Tried to get tooth glued temporarily before three week trip but could not fit me in for a five min fix and said appointments were filled when I returned; prior dentist would work a night for emergency. Very tough office manager. On vacation my brother-in-law got a same day appointment with his dentist plus this dentist notice a longtime infection that will require an implant. I was given an antibiotic. Friends have similar issues, one was upset with dentist pushing for three implants on a 93 year old husband in bad physical shape. Avoid this bad “Business”.

Dr. Dan is such a nice dentist...and he knows his stuff. He is moving his practice to New Hampshire. Definitely a loss for the people of the Herkimer area. But wish him and his family well for their future home and his new practice. DIane Wilson
