Stay away ! She doesn’t care if you can feel pain, you can be crying and she goes on like nothing is happening, if you comment she will talk about you while she has the drill in your mouth, then walk away as if she doesn’t care when she’s through. Her partner Dr Webb is the complete opposite, it’s a shame she has Dr Vail as a partner. At first you feel at ease , then she goes off into a world of ( I’m better than anyone and you play by my rules) it’s really scary . She’s short on patience and has a sense of entitlement. She is certainly not whom you go to if you have any fear of dentist .
