Dr. Deidra Rondeno, DDS

Rude and condescending. The numerous complaints about the staff being rude over multiple review sites are because she, Dr. Rondeno, CE0, is. The fish rots from the head. Dr. Rondeno is enormously qualified, but not so much in people dynamics. Her office (and practice value) would 5x if she didn’t present as a micro-managing quasi-elitist. If you must go to DDD for care — then happen to get a second opinion from other highly qualified Drs (like your loved one doesn't actually need seven teeth extracted with no corrective plan), expect Dr. Rodeno’ dismissive nature to be bruised to the point of denying your loved one future care. The practice will persist due to sheer need and volume, but don’t expect an elegant, professional, warm, “class-act' experience under Dr. Rodeno's leadership. Competitors in this narrow space take note. There are thousands of clients looking for you to fill this niche, and apparently, Dr. Rondeno has no problem telling people to go elsewhere for care.

Entire staff & office manager was rude, nasty& unhelpful!!! very miserable unhappy individuals! Don’t care about patients & don’t act professionally .. unreasonable & pathetic… we will never go here again the entire experience was just horrible i would give them a zero…

Dr. Rondeno is rude and delegates all responsibility to her dental staff who I suspect, some have no experience. She seems to be more concerned with charity fundraisers than special needs patients. Some parents are allowed in with their child and some are not. My child was always miserable after being seen here. Always over medicated and seemed to be in pain. If you can find another dentist for your child please avoid this practice. Also, wait times for some patients are very long but not others.

The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable but the office staff at times can be rude. However when people go low I go high. If you are late more than 15 minutes they will not see you. Therefore no amount of begging will help. They will hear no excuses. For myself I have asked that I be given appointments at a time when traffic has lessen. I would like to point out the we are suppose to evaluate the doctor not her staff. Plus this dentist offers a specialized skill that most dentists are unwilling to offer to disabled individuals.

Let me first say that I love Dr Rondeno, From our first visit she was caring & even called later that day to check on my son. But she will loose my business today simply because of the rudeness and horrible disposition of her office staff. I had left a message to have her call me because I wanted to alert her, but from reading the other comments, I am sure the message will never be relayed. This is truly sad for those who have no other options but also for her reputation as a whole.

Her Office Staff and Office Manager was very rude. The Office Manager would not let me speak to Dr. Rondeno, so my concerns were never addressed. I have decided to take my child elsewhere.
