Dr. Delbert Warner, DDS

This is the most disorganized dentist office I’ve ever encountered. I made an appointment in person and clearly discussed the procedure to be done. I then received a voicemail asking me to come in earlier, so I arrived at that new time, only to be told I was too early. I left and came back at the original scheduled time, was charged for the full procedure, and then told that neither the dentist nor the staff had properly managed their time, so they couldn't complete both procedures. This office is a complete mess, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. UpdateUpon leaving a voicemail on March 27, 2025 informing them to cancel my April 1, 2025 appointment I received a reminder phone call on March 31, 2025 . I told Flora that I cancelled and left a voicemail and she stated they never got the message but I shared with her that I experienced poor customer service. Flora response we been here 23 years no complaints

i had no tooth aches & no sensitivity. i came for a simple cavity fill & i havent been unable to chew on my right side or comfortably close my mouth for 2 months!!! i can't even drink room temperature water without shooting pains going through my teeth! im in constant pain!!! he tried to fix it & now im in more PAIN!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Dr. Warner was kind and showed compassion for my well-being. I found it strange that he asked me for "my story" but this just showed how much he cared for the person that I am and not just the work he was performing on my mouth. He restored me to a beautiful smile and I am eternally grateful.
