Accommodating her despite your Dental Clinic's busyness and extraordinarily scheduling change is something that I never imagined could happen! You went above and beyond! I don't have enough words finding the right expression to describe how much I value & cherish your high professionalism , sympathy and compassion helping her in the most desperate dental hygienist needs and facilitating dental treatment for her ! I found Dr. Kissell and her staff to be professional, caring, and accommodating. Didn't have a problem when I found out my insurance didn't start until the following month. That was my responsibility; not the dental staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kissell to my friends.

Dr. Kissell is very patient and kind. I struggle with my dental work because I have such a strong gag reflex. She and her team thoughtfully care for me and decrease my stress during my visits.

She was very nice. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and I asked for conservative treatments because I'm 90 years old. Dr. Kissell gave me different options and respected my choices. I am grateful for her and her team.

All was well until I needed a filling and x-rays, was never given a pre-treatment estimate or told that it wouldn’t be covered by my insurance and had a bill of over $600-700 for a FILLING! Now only a year or so later, the tooth is still bothering me. At this point I will never come back. Unexpected bills and failed treatment.

I'm always treated with great care and provided with information on the condition of my teeth. Both parents went to Dr. Smith for years before I became a patient and since he retired and Dr. Kissell took over the practice the care has continued to be excellent. The staff has been great as well and Dr. Kissell been available for a few emergency situations too.

I have the highest regard for Dr. Kissell. As a woman in my late 60s, I've seen a fair number of dentists in my life and she is the best one of all. She has a warm, caring personality, she smiles, she laughs and she gets right to work. She gives excellent advice and is generous with her time. I am thrilled to have found her. Her hygienists are also well above average. This is a great dental pracice.

Denise Kissell did a lot of work on me when I was younger, but she never once made me feel comfortable or properly cared for. I have metal fillings in my mouth done from her, and I begged that she not put these metal fillings in my mouth, but she didn't listen or care. Apparently I was cut a great deal by going with metal fillings, but that deal is complete bulls**t if it leaves me hating my smile even more than before I saw her. Since those metal fillings were placed in 2014, every dentist I have been to has told me to get them removed, as they will crack my teeth. This is something that I was not made aware of whatsoever by Denise. Just steer clear if you genuinely care for your health.
