Staff was very nice, especially Mary the hygienist. Too bad their office staff is so incompetent that they can’t put appointments in the computer. I’ve made three trips to this office, and only really received services on one of those. I live up in the mountains so it’s a 2 hour round trip. My first appointment they apparently tried to cancel my appointment but didn’t have my phone number. Initially when you make your first appointment you talk to a messaging service, and then the office calls you to make the appointment. Some how they lost my number after that. So the first visit instead of a cleaning I only got X-rays. Second appointment went great finally got my cleaning, Mary was great! Today I drive down for my 3rd appointment, they just don’t have me on the schedule. So I will be finding a new Dentist. I can’t afford to keep taking multiple trips, and hiring a baby sitter for no reason. We are in the fire service and will make sure to tell all our friends not to come here.

I always enjoy to see dr. Oppenheimer and staff, but if you try to call, they just forget about you and leave you on hold forever, without apology. That’s not how to treat a patient!

Everyone is so kind and caring! It’s a pleasure to go there. They care about you and will try hard to resolve any dental problem with progressive and up to date dental technology! Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

The staff are great at 1st appointment when they're trying to get $50k for full mouth of implants. Cut to 1 mini implant later I'm handed a mirror my temp tooth is only half a tooth. I paid $1700 for this? I can't talk with 1/2 a fang tooth. Lisp Witch. Why was I not told? I'm arguing with implant person. Not good. She said it would break off if it was whole. She made it longer thank God. Of course no follow-up by them but it did not break off yet. Now another tooth needs an implant and yes I finally have the $50k for my whole mouth! Why did I even try to go back there? My bad. But I'm in serious pain with different tooth. Call & text. Nope. I'm stone walled. Go to office in person where I'm treated like dirt on the floor by nasty receptionist who says she's busy & I'm rude when I ask if I can make an actual appt! 'No. Only a consultation'. Next week. I stare at dentist in room with no door who pretends not to see me. Whatever. Shame on them. These health care professionals don't care.

The best. I have always had Such a fear of the dentist office except for him. He puts you at ease with his soft and gentle manner.

This is the best dentist and office staff ever. Always options, no pressure, you decide, gentle, painless, caring. Makes you feel like you're top priority. Absolutely best staff!!!! New beautiful office.....you've come to the right place.

My bite he never fixed after 8 trips over a year and a half.s emotionally and mentally drained imagine not able to rest your jaw on the rt side. Oppenheimer dentistry was a nightmare for 6 yrs He now wants me to pay for his terrible work. Also he did a root canal that was a piaster Had to go to another dentist. That front tooth had to come out. He put a implant and now that came out 3 weeks ago. he canceled my Dec 19,2022 apt after trying to negotiating with his office manager over a price.. Mr Oppenheimer never came to the phone and now I have 5 teeth out because of this terrible dentist before the holiday

Oppenheimer Dentistry has been excellent from my first call, through careful assessment, through my nearly-painless molar extraction, and including today's consultation about implants. I love it that I learn so much both from this competent dentist and from his capable, knowledgeable staff. They are popular and busy, but always patient, answer ALL my questions (impressive!! I'm a very curious person!) and never ever talk down, never ever dismissive. I highly recommend, and am grateful for, Oppenheimer Dentistry. (Honestly it's a huge relief after other dentists I've been to).

Every visit is the same all the staff in the office, in the examination rooms and the Dr himself treat me the same like I’m important I know what to expect and it’s because I’m kept informed. There are no surprises and it feels like I’m in a relaxed environment.

Dr. Oppenheimer and the office staff are friendly and professional. My issue was diagnosed quickly with possible options on the first visit. The doctor listened to my concerns and took them into account. I did not feel rushed. The office had an upbeat atmosphere with friendly supportive staff.
