Horrible experience with Emily and Dr. Magers. Just didn't seem to care. Konnie was so helpful though.

I was disappointed Dr. Lagers. I was the last patient of the day and talked about home to family, and I understand that but I could have had pull the tooth out.

He's the best. Takes lots of time explaining and getting to know you as well as making sure you're comfortable. He also holds himself to the very highest standard when it comes to dentistry and integrity.

Best care I have ever received from a dentist. You can tell he is passionate about his craft and has the highest level of integrity. The team is amazing and friendly, appointments run on time and everything is world class from start to finish. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the highest level of care in Springfield!

I have never had a dentist I would go to more than once my entire life. After visiting Dr. Derek and their staff I have been back and can say I officially have a dentist. My wife was so impressed she switched from her dentist to Dr. Derek as well. Top notch office, staff and dentist.

I had two bad experiences with Dr. Magers and am still experiencing pain two months after a filling. I was put on a steroid 5 days after the filling and then an antibiotic. I was quoted 1400.00 for a root canal and found a new dentist who performed the root canal for half this price. I still have pain and the left side of my face has been numb since the filling. I believe nerve damage occurred when the filling was performed. 1st bad-Dr. M. knocked a hole in a crown while pulling adjoining tooth.
