I was told that my 2/front teeth were going to be lost if I didn't get them capped. He told me they were cracked. According to the insurance company, they were not and the would not cover the cost. I was in the dentist chair waiting for the procedure when the receptionist came to me and said the insurance company denied the claim. She assured me it happens all the time and she was just going to resubmit it and it and not to worry. They never did cover it. I called the insurance company and had many conversations with them. They said the xray did not show what the dentist told me. Don't trust him.

Fantastic, discussed the fractures in my front teeth and addressed my headaches. Got fitted for a night guard when no other Dr. discussed this with me. Result: fewer headaches!

Dr Cook is absolutely awesome. He has done a few needed crowns for me but I've never felt oversold. He also made me a new bite guard (I'm a clenched and grinder at night) that has lasted me longer than any prior one. I trust this office completely.
