because she has inexperienced family members working at her office they often can not comprehend anything that has to do with dental work when you call to ask about whether she does a simple procedure. also unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it ,they put her on the phone to ask what it was that I was asking about and she insisted that she needed to know my name before she would even answer my question as to whether she does that specific procedure.I decided not to use her.
