Worst experience ever, I had told them of my fear of dentists due to a childhood experience of a dentist asking me a 12 yr old kid if I wanted anesthesia so I said no & had my first tooth extraction done with no pain medication. They said no worries, they would take such good care of me, They seemed nice enough, friendly, but as Dr Patel started to work on my filling grinding away I finally had to stop her. I was in excruciatiating pain. I had to ask why the heck would she be drilling my tooth with no numbing novicaine at all. I was actually sobbing and cringing in pain. She said she thought I was afraid of needles & should have asked for anaesthetic if I wanted it. What kind of dentist assumes novacaine is an opt out situation? They talked to me afterward & I agreed to let them finish the procedure & give them another chance, I was molded for my partial dentures. When I got them they are terrible. I have receded gums & found out after the fact I should have gum grafts. Avoid!
