I started my treatment with Dr. Almy & co in February of last year, and it seems incredible that I will be having my final appointment at the beginning of July. The entire experience as been pleasurable, interesting and exciting, as I've watched my teeth, under Dr. Almy's skillful hands, regain their original, straightened alignment. Best of all, I've got my smile back. So, a great big thanks to everyone! This is a highly professional practice that I would never hesitate to recommend.

I was very nervous on my initial visit. Dr Almay and her staff made me feel at ease. I was provided detailed information during consultation and treated with respect. Highly recommend other visit Dr Almay. She and her staff are experienced and Very caring professionals

Both my children and I received orthodontic care from Dr. Almy, my kids about 5 - 7 years ago and myself over the last 2 years. We are all very pleased with out outcomes! Dr. Almy is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and experienced and her staff are very professional and nice. As I said, Fredericksburg Orthodontics has provided service to THREE members of my family and I would send more, if I could. EXCELLENCE!!!

Dr. Almy and her staff are awesome! Prior to coming to her, I had braces for two years and had saw no progress at all. Once I became a patient of hers, I began to see progress and 3 years later, my smile has dramatically changed. I would recommend Dr. Almy to anyone!

This is my third child at Dr. Almy's practice. Hands down the best orthodontist in town. Dr. Almy is the kindest, most laid back take it as it comes Doctor. She has the friendliest Assistants and Support Staff. I feel I can ask questions at anytime I'm there, I'm always greeted with big smiles and greetings! I refer everyone who asks to Fredericksburg Orthodontics and Dr. Almy. I just can't say enough about them
