Dr. Diana Bronstein, DDS

Every time I call, they put you on hold, I called three times trying for someone o put a claim into my secondary provider, I went for treatment on 2-21-23 they only put a claim into my ppo, even those I gave information on 2 insurance providers. Then I, to told my they would have to check if they can submit 2PPO and call be back, never received a call back. On my 3rd call I was told they were too busy and would call back never received a call back. It's been 4 month and my second insurance still hasn't received a claim. right now I am on hold for 10 min, now I am told to call their billing company. Dr Bronstein did a nice job with the lazar scaling.

I was taken in for an emergency during the Coronavirus and Dr. Bronstein took care of me. The problem was identified by Dr. Lipovetskiy and Dr. Bronstein did the extractions. She explained everything, every step of the way. She was thorough and professional. Thank you so much for relieving my pain and doing what needed to be done. Would highly recommend both of these Doctors.
