I had Dr. Flanagan from 1973-1974. My family had moved down here from Vermont. My Orthodontist had recommended him. I really liked him a lot. He was very friendly, he was kind and he always made me laugh. If I had been down in the Chattanooga area at the time, I would have brought my kids to him.
