Ignorant make sure you don't have an emergency or he will tell you go somewhere else when you call to reschedule. Don't waste your time with him. He dont care about you or what's going in your life. I tried explaining what was going on and nope didn't want to hear it. Go elsewhere. Keep far away!

I have a connective tissue disorder. This dentist jabbed the back of my mouth with Novocaine which was very painful. Since this happened years ago, Immediately scar tissue formed and something started growing there. Now there appears to be a growth occurring in that same spot and it’s becoming more painful by the day. I’m going to visit my doctor to see if it has become a tumor. He does not have a very good bedside manner and I have not gone back to him since.

Hey everyone, Let me start of by stating that with this epidemic I am so grateful that Dr.Donald Haines was able to put a peace of mind ASAP. As well let me apologize because I did not get the young lady name in the front who was just wonderful. So with that being said I would want to recommend this Dr. to anyone who is looking for a professional painless sedation dentisty. Let me add on with amazing hospitality. My experience here was nothing but amazing and let me tell you, I had my fair share of dentist and it was the worse, so coming in i was alittle of edge. But let me reassure you that from the moment you walk in, your welcome with open hands. Dr. Donald Haines took the time to really get to the root to my problems and as well took EXTRA time to explain everything. Him and the young lady, has made me want to take better care of my teeth. Dr. Haines shows compassion. I have Sever IBS and other health issues and he seems to help me calm down. He does not laugh at me he encourages me. He also tells me what he is going to do and really wants me to be healthy with my teeth and all over in general.

I want to say twice I had an amazing experience with Dr. Haines and his Dental team. Staff nice professional, Dr. Haines consistently amazed me gentle soft spoken he did not hurt me at all down time was minimal. I left pain free each and every time and he saved my teeth, every other dentist pulled my teeth he refilled old cavities and I am happy! The staff all are amazing! thank you see you in 6 months!

An amazing dentist and an even better man. He took the time to see me on a Saturday due to my work schedule having not met me before. The professionalism and friendliness was outstanding. I myself am overly terrified of the dentist...not anymore. Painless and superb treatment. Thank you Dr Haines.
