I've had numerous bad experiences on top of him not explaining what he was doing. My top teeth were perfect but I had a overbite so I needed top braces but when he took them off my 2nd big tooth was slightly crooked and he had no explanation. He said he could put the braces back on but be was uncertain. Then recently I forgot when my appointment was so I called and they couldn't find my appointment at all so they next time I went in Dr.Chung basically lectured me on missing an appointment.
