If your child is on the spectrum, this is not the place to go. The orthodontist and her staff are rude and insensitive to non-neurotypical children. They traumatized my ASD child. She not only repeatedly ignored my child's telling her that what she was doing was hurting, she sharply told my child that what she was doing to them didnt hurt. Clearly they have no clue about how pain thresholds differs from one person to the next and how children with sensory issues are not like everyine else. Do yourself and your child a favor and find an orthodontist who understands and knows how to work with children on the spectrum and children with sensory issues, find an ordintist with emoathy, because this one has none.

Our consultation was very easy, we came in everyone was very friendly and my son was given a goodie bag. They made sure to explain everything very clearly. Dr Ebert spoke directly to my son to make him comfortable. We went in having him nervous and leaving with him feeling pretty good about the whole process.

I am an adult who's teeth got very crooked because way back when, wearing a retainer for the rest of your life wasn't part of the plan. I love Dr. Ebert and all her staff. Because of the snow and accidents, I was 25 minutes late for a 20 minute appointment, but they worked me in anyway. And, my teeth are becoming so beautiful with my Invisalign braces. An awesome staff, cheery offices, and a fun place to be treated.
