Great sense of humor and makes my family feel comfortable where otherwise they are usually nervous.

He is OK, but gives out a vibe of I am too old for this. Small office, he is the only one there with an assistance. In the summer when he is on vacation, he is closed. His hours are tough for working people, 9 am to 4 pm. No new technology. By today's standards, he is working very old school. If you need something special he will send you to a specialist where they will CHARGE YOU BIG. His hours need to more flexible, he needs a specialist in there, he needs to update his technology...
