My first visit I was not pleased as there was poor communication as I was not told the outcome of my first examination. The Kissimmee location has a HORRIBLE receptionist with a bad attitude. I overheard her talking disrespectfully with other paying customers as well. The next time I came in, however it made up for the bad experience I had. Dr. Eduardo Cortez was extremely insightful and let me know everything he was doing as he was doing it. Ivelisse treated me like I was her own daughter :)

I find Dr. Cortez Contreras extremely professional and courteous. I have been in the Palm Bay office to see him numerous times having dental work,a filling new dentures and partial, and each visit was a true pleasure.I found he is quite a perfectionist in his detail and am very happy with the results of each visit.I would also add, if he were not there, I would change offices. The office appears very disorganized and over booked most times.Would not recommend that specific office.
