Horrible dental office. Front office manager is very rude and unorganized. Did a procedure, they assured me 3 times it was going to be cover by 50%. Now i get a bill because they said they tried to submit it to my insurance but it was denied. I told her I am not paying that because i payed my 50% and she has to call the insurance company. She said she is not calling and if i don't want to call my insurance company she will put me in collections and then hung up by saying "Guess you are going to collections, bye bye.". Dont go here, rude staff and not a sanitary environment. During COVID times they do not sanitize after patients are worked on. UPDATE: spoke to insurance company who told me that they did not submit the claim correctly and did not provide a narrative on the procedure, all they did was send xrays with no explanation. Great time to call back and speak to their rude staff again.

In my 40+ years of life, I have been to many dentists, and I can honestly say, that Hancock Village dental center is the best one that I've ever been to. I felt genuinely welcomed, I felt informed, and all of my questions were answered. The front desk, the dental hygienist, and the dentist, Dr. Acosta, all made me feel like family. They have a patient for life!

He was friendly and efficient. His staff was wonderful. So happy to have found a good dentist and office staff!

So many dental offices fall short when it comes to perfecting the balance between its staff, hygienist & dentist, that until you meet Dr. Acosta & his team at Hancock Village Dental. His staff is always extremely professional & courteous. Office is modern & super clean. His hygienist, the star! Dr. Acosta takes his time to examine & explain things in detail in a very relaxed manner. Ultimately, making one feel at ease & comfortable about the most important asset we could possess, our smile.

Worse staff ever, just try to call them it might take 2-3 hours just take to them.

Excellent staff. I have been to a lot of dentists over my years, but this staff was the best ever. Very impressed. The hygienist taught me a lot about my teeth that I never even knew. The office was extremely clean and used modern technology. I was seen in a very timely manner and didn't have to wait at all. I highly recommend going to this practice!
