Dr. Pimentel is very personable and makes my dentist visits beyond pleasant. He keeps you well informed. He takes time to explain what he’s about to do, walking you through each step, making my visits comfortable. It also goes beyond the Doctor. His entire staff are hard workers from the hygienists to the front desk staff. From top to bottom they are professional, friendly, attentive, and dedicated. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pimentel and his staff take an innovative approach to dentistry. One of my children just finished some cosmetic procedures. Although they were many and long, he and his staff made sure my son was comfortable and calm throughout the procedures. I still have a Park Ave dentist myself but do to the pandemic could not get to the city. Dr. Pimentel agreed to see me for my overdue cleaning and convinced me I may need to say good bye to my NY dentist. Great family practice. Five Stars!

Dr. Pimentel is just amazing. My daughter had an emergency over the weekend and he made time to see us. I can’t say enough about how caring and sensitive he was with her. He put us all at ease when we found out the tooth had to be pulled. He does a fantastic job at explaining everything beforehand. No surprises. Dr. Pimentel is good and so is the staff, I have referred them to other families that I know... it is unfortunate that my family is suddenly denied service when I called about a filling falling out. I guess expressing a justifiable concern and holding them responsible makes my family undesirable. Spent all my morning is calling looking for another Dentist to repair the damage... other Dentists say we are supposed to go to the previous dentist... who refuses to see us and claims they are booked for weeks. This is just awful. HELP?

I’ve gone through a dozen mouth guards since biting through the last one I got from the Dr. Pimentel. I finally decided to mention it at my last cleaning and he molded me for a differently designed guard. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable my jaw had been until using this one. Dr. Pimentel has come up in the clutch for me multiple times. He, Rosa, and the rest of his staff clearly take enormous pride in their practice and I have consistently received awesome care at Dental Solutions for going three years.
