Failed Root Canal Surgery
Dr. Ezzie did a root canal surgery for me last year. Fourteen months later, the tooth failed again. My new endodontics found an untreated canal in the teeth. Dr. Ezzie did charge me more than $200 for using the so called 3-D imaging, which the insurance did not cover. He failed to check the $200 image to see how many canals I have.
