Dr. Crandell is a great orthodontist. She is not only knowledgable and detail-oriented, but she is also very patient and caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Crandell treated our son and we would highly recommend her. She was thorough with explaining the treatment and made both my son and I comfortable throughout the process. My sons treatment finished on time and his smile is beautiful!

She was very patient with our daughter and explained all our options prior to beginning therapy. She was upbeat and always interested in our daughter as a patient and an individual, not just a set of teeth to fix. She's a great role model for girls and young women to look up to. Two thumbs way up!

Dr. Crandell completed braces treatment with our two kids recently. Our daughter had a particularly tricky bite to fix. She was referred by multiple friends who highly recommended her, and I'm so glad I listened. Certainly she had the expertise and knowledge, but we (especially our kids) also found her very personable. Her staff was great, too. Ultimately, the results are beautiful, and we couldn't be happier!

Dr. Crandell worked on my orthodontia for over three years. I did invisalign however was not receiving results so she put braces on my teeth. She should not have been in the practice of children's orthodontics because she was ill tempered and did not interact well with her young patients. The results diminished over time after my invisalign retainer broke. I asked for another one and she would not order me one instead giving me an in-house retainer that also broke. Poor practitioner and person.
