Dr. Elizabeth Ellen, DMD

Dr Ellen's office has been wonderful to deal with. Dr. Ellen explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She listens to what our family has to say. Her staff is friendly and I feel that everyone goes out of the way to make us feel comfortable. One of the things I really like is that she is always available by text or e-mail in her off hours if there is an emergency. I am so glad that we came to North Jersey Orthodontics.

Dr Ellen is very knowledgeable and explains things so that you can understand. She is always accessible by phone or text if there is an issue. She has a great staff and I often hear kids laughing which I like. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She is the best.

Horrible! Braces on way too long and then we had to go to another ortho to finish her treatment! Think twice before wasting your money here. She needs to retire!

She uses old techniques and equipment. She is NOT up to date on current methods. Be prepared to have your braces on for longer than she says at consult!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ellen. I went in for a consult for adult braces and was so comfortable with her and the staff. Not once did I feel pressured to choose her as my Orthodontist. I ultimately chose Dr. Ellen because I felt she gave me the best advice and her treatment plan was conservative. She was honest with me. I had extreme crowding on my lower teeth that I wanted to be straightened. She told me that she would do her best to achieve that but it will be difficult. Dr. Ellen was patient- more than I was! But I trusted her knowledge and experience. In the end, she DID straighten my teeth. Which I know that's what an Orthodontist is supposed to do....but my case was a VERY tough case. And she did it. In addition, scheduling appointments was always easy...Dr. Ellen even came in after hours on a weekend to fix a broken bracket for me. I loved Dr. Ellen and her staff so much, that I'm now bringing my son in for his braces. And not even considering another Orthodontist.

Dr Ellen is amazing! She’s a perfectionist and wants all her patients to have their best smile. She is very kind and takes the time with her patients to explain things. I highly recommend her office!

Dr. Elizabeth Ellen is one of the most professional, genuine doctor in Passaic county. Excellent service with a great staff. She took the time to explain and answer all of my questions thoroughly and I never had a doubt or felt rushed about any of the procedures or a timeframe regarding the service rendered. When I met my husband in his early 20s, his teeth were a mess! We both knew it was time to have his teeth finally fixed. Dr. Ellen is very professional and provided her guidance throughout the whole process to make it such a breeze! I mean no waiting, she was always very gentle, made sure nothing was hurting or too tight. She even met him after her working hours to ensure he felt comfortable. And lastly, financially. We knew we couldn’t afford to pay for braces outright but Dr. Ellen worked with us and created a payment plan that suited our financial needs. Dr. Ellen and the office staff are all very nice and we can’t thank you enough for creating a beautiful smile on my hubby. Well worth it! Thank you!!!!

Dr. Ellen has treated all three of our children and we were thrilled with the outcome! My own teeth had shifted since my first braces as a teen, so I too became a patient, and I am very pleased with my new smile as well. During our consultations, Dr. Ellen described very clearly her plan for each of us, and she was able to accomplish our beautiful smiles within the timeframe she predicted. She and her staff were great with our children, and we never waited more than a few minutes to get into her chair. Her office is run very efficiently, and we never had a problem getting an appointment because she is very accommodating. She even saw us on a weekend a few times over the years when our kids broke a wire and were too uncomfortable waiting to see her until official office hours. I highly recommend Dr. Ellen!

Dr. Ellen’s results are perfection! She really takes the time to explain treatment options for my daughters which I truly appreciate. She’s also always available to answer questions or address any issues we’ve had. One time, she was on vacation and called me to discuss a question I had. I absolutely recommend this office.
