The front office told me that we are in network after verifying with the insurance. Turns out they are out of network and billed me for the regular care that we are covered at 100%. Dr.Joseph was reluctant to finish the cleaning for my 3 year old. He was not complaining and I can see the tartar. All she kept saying was she will clean it at the next appointment. I am not going back there. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
