I scheduled an appointment with them at 12pm 1/3/2024. They took Xrays and then I was told they were hungry and could not perform my cleaning that day because they needed to go to lunch. Unacceptable.

Unprofessional office:They called me the day before on a Friday at 4pm to inform me that they don't accept my insurance which is not true, wasted 3 weeks waiting for an appointment for nothing. Not recommended.

This dentist is a straight up money grab. if you come in for a cleaning wont do it(1st red flag) they will will tell you that you have to get a deep cleaning when there is no real need beside giving them more money. They will only give you a bunch of cosmetic things that you dont need. They should just tell you what is wrong and leave the cosmetic stuff out unless it is somthing you asked them for. All they did was an xray and someone looked at my teeth for less than 3 minutes and the after waiting forever send me back to the finace office to get a quote for all the stuff they think i need to get done and try to pressure u into getting things thats not needed. If you end up here on accident please get a second opinion from a legit private practice not a chain dentist that has multiple locations and only cares bout taking as much of your money as possible.

An unforgettable experience! An excellent, professional , caring doctor and staff. The doctor explains everything carefully and with sensibility. Answer all my questions. If you're looking for trust,professionalism, and excellency, this is the right place.

Most friendlies staff and Dr. I have ever met and when I told the staff I was pressed for time, they made sure to pass that information along to the Dr., who immediately came in and started examining me. I love this place and Dr. Perez makes it enjoyable to go to the Dentist Office
