Dr. Hortman and her staff are very conscientious, professional and friendly. My last appointment was just a few days ago and I was in the process of brightening my teeth well while doing this I had chipped my front tooth. We had to wait for the brightening process to be completed and Dr. Hortman and with the assistance of a staff member had to take different shades of color to use in the bonding process to match the brightness process of my teeth. I am extremely happy with the overall appearance of my smile now. They are very personable. I have been dealing with Dr. Hortman and her staff for several years. I would recommend Dr. Hortman’s office to anyone who was in the process of finding a wonderful dentist office with great people. They do a full realm of services. They are great people to work with. Give Dr. Hortman and her staff a chance to perform there magic.

Dr. Hortman is first and foremost exceptionally professional. She found some decay under an older crown, immediately took care of it and had a temporary crown on in very little time. I was scheduled for a cleaning, and she went above and beyond. She is kind, personable, and very thorough!! You can not go wrong if you choose her for your dentist. Also, the entire staff is fabulous!

Whole office was what o would rate as exceptional. Caring and thorough as well as great dentistry. Best I have come across in my 67 years.

Excellent dentist. Dr Hortman is thorough, knowledgeable and never causes any pain. I’ve had to have a lot of dental work over the last 33 years and she has been great.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could have a great day at the dentist office. But at Palmetto Dental Associates, everyone was so nice and helped me feel at ease. Explaining all the way along what was necessary for my health. I felt confident and assured after she was able to crown my tooth that I had broken, when there was almost nothing left. They even made the financial part easier, after getting Care Credit. I love this place!

Pushy. $$$$$. Not a place to make a quick decision. And they will damage a tooth to cause you to go back for repair!
And the billing check out. WItch is horrible rude and mean. UNCOOPERATIVE
