Not requiring masks
Dr Brown was a good dentist but as of May 2022 his office had a receptionist who never wore a mask and patients were not required to mask in waiting areas. He and the hygienist wore surgical masks during treatment. I am looking for another dentist who follows CDA guidelines on masks.

Dr. Brown put an an onlay (instead of a crown) on one of my wife's teeth that held for a little over two years! The tooth needed a crown after the onlay broke and fell. We payed Dr. Brown over $600 co insurance for the onlay, and, ended up paying a full price ($1200)for the new crown. Calls to Dr. Brown's office in an attempt to arrange for some resolution were not answered!! My wife has crowns that ted almost 20 years!!! Lousy Job on the onlay and even worse customer service! Do not go there!

I have always been greeted so warmly by the staff and Dr. Brown. He calmly addressed my concerns and my comfort was his first concern. Very professional. I especially liked his explaining better ways for me to continue my dental care at home. I always refer Dr. Brown. I don't live close, but always worth the drive. Janice B
