Worst Dentist I’ve Ever Seen
I have had two awful appointments with Dr. Grunow and will not be going back. I most recently went to see him for a filling. He did not check to make sure I was numb before the procedure and then didn’t seem to care. He hurried off after the procedure and I was in excruciating pain, still am because he rushed through it and did it poorly. Dr. Grunow never spends time with his patients, nor does he offer patient education

Dr. Grunow wasn’t attentive to my needs. He didn’t offer any pain relief treatment, as I’m laying down looking at his eyes I could tell he didn’t like seeing the harden tater on my teeth. His over all approach made me feel my teeth didn’t matter.

Every time that I have seen Dr Grunow he has been professional, compassionate, kind and thorough! I've had him remove several of my teeth, an undertaking not to many of us find pleasurable! He asked me if I was OK through out the procedure. Other dentists at this same clinic, did not ask if I was OK at all while working on me. I will not see another dentist other than him at this point. I have never had my teeth worked on without having nitrous oxide first.I did this last time & was fine!
