Dr. Eric Knapp, DDS

From the first visit onward you feel comfortable, confident, and leave knowing that you are in Great hands! No pun intended! Don't hesitate-Go see him! Julia is wonderful and informative as well.

My wife and I have been seeing him for 15 or so years. You cannot find a better dentist! Period! Excellent diagnostician, very caring, conscientious, meticulous. Really can't say enough about him. He is a very good person.

I stupidly had Dr. Knapp as my dentist for over 10 years and believed his reasons for my treatment (or lack of treatment). He can be very persuasive while using cameras to show you pictures, etc. However, it's all garbage. My "last" experience with him as my dentist (2 temporary crown attempts and 2 permanent crown attempts on the same tooth)left me with an crown that caused pain and him insisting that the pain was normal (it's not) and that the crown was perfect (it wasn't). He actually told me that patient input was not relevant. First visit to a new dentist found that I had 7 (seven!) cavities. Pain that Dr. Knapp called "normal" due to gum recession was eliminated when the cavities were filled. The crown that he called perfect and was causing me pain (that he called normal) actually had cracked the tooth from his excessive force (also not normal). A dentist that doesn't listen to their patient is not a good dentist. Eric Knapp is not a good dentist.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dr. Knapp truly cares about his patient’s dental care and their knowledge of dental care. First time patients receive a “crash course” in dental care 101. He informed me about how to improve my daily care in order to stop cavities and gingivitis. I came from another dentist who would just scold and say “you need to floss more”. Every 6 months I came in with yet another cavity. After seeing Dr. Knapp the first time and listening to his advice, I haven’t had a cavity since!! My favorite line of his goes something like, “I want you to make my job easier”. The better I can take care of my teeth, the easier and quicker he can get his job done. The first appointment I had with him lasted about an hour due to the mini consultation. After that, from the time I would enter and leave the office, I would be there for about 30 mins. Very quick and very efficient!

Knowledgeable and caring, his professionalism have always addressed my dental needs in an exemplary manner. I highly recommend Dr. Knapp if you want the best in dentistry.

I have been going to Dr. Knapp for almost 20 years, my first visit was to have him fix a simple cavity filling that another dentist screwed up and set up my tooth for future infection. He is a truly genuine caring person, and always explains and shows you everything before he does it. Best set of hands you could ever be in for all of your dental needs...a true gem of a man!

What a great doctor. He truly cares and explains everything in great detail. I've had several dentists in my life, but none like this. He doesn't just treat you, he loves to teach you and make sure you understand how to keep your mouth healthy.

Poorly fitted crown. Had to pay cash on the spot. DR. would not extend credit until follow up visit. I had to locate an ATM and withdraw funds and return right away with payment.
