My experience with Dr. Segall has been nothing but horrifying and exasperating. Making snarky comments at every opportunity, combined with a lack of respect for people, and with his egotistical attitude, has made for the worst few years of my life. At every turn, Dr. Segall finds a way to make getting braces even worse than it already is. If I knew what I signed up for, I wouldn't have signed up. If you see this, Dr. Segall. Shame on you. I take pity upon you for holding such hatred for people within that stone cold heart of yours. You have no compassion for your patients, you're only in it for the money and to make "daddy proud". You're a disgrace to the dental field, and a disgrace to humanity in general.
