Dr. Eric Swainston, DDS

We’ve been coming here as a family for about 15 to 20 years. I believe that we have been very loyal customers, but during my last visit I was expressing why I was upset with a phone conversation I had with his dental assistant. My front tooth implant is shaking loose in my mouth and I needed the dentist. The dentist was out of town and was told by the dental assistant that no one can help me and to go to CVS pharmacy to buy cement and to put it in my mouth if my tooth falls out. When I did see the dentist and explain to him about my feelings, I was told to shut my mouth that I’m a liar and to get out of his office and that I am the worst patient ever. If that was the case how was it that we’ve have been seeing him for years. We are terribly disappointed in this behavior and not sure If recommending him and his staff to new patients is a good idea.

After going here for over 20 years they started some shady business and are trying to charge the patients after the insurance has paid them 100% in full. This is so wrong! I cannot believe they would jeopardize their practice for some extra dollars in their pocket. I'm not talking a few bucks here I'm talking charging hundreds of dollars after they were already paid in full! So very disappointed. I was told by them that they have been doing this now for about a year so beware if you go there please know exactly what you should be paying with your insurance.
