She was very sweet, incredibly knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions, and left me with a very good understanding of what my treatment options were. I've been to see Dr McDavid a few times and she is awesome. She is always caring and considerate, especially when it comes to my low tolerance for pain. She does awesome pain mgmt. She also communicates well and is super nice. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about here. Great dentistry is expensive everywhere. She has removed a few cavities for me and done a few crowns. I also had a root canal from the office from Dr Tran and he was also awesome.

This Dental Group gave me absolutely the worst service and customer experience I have every received from a dentist or dental practice. I went in to get a filling that had originally been done there within the last couple of years replaced. It fell out while I was flossing. When I was presented a quote for nearly $400 for a replacement. I asked about their guarantee and argued that I should not have to pay at all, especially since this is not the first filling they've done that I've had an issue with. They said that the guarantee only applied if I come in every 6 months for a checkup. I mentioned that the reason I hadn't been is because we're in the midst of a pandemic and they were the ones who cancelled my last appointment. After negotiating down to half the original quote I thought we were ready to get started when Erica McDavid came into the room and said that she wouldn't feel comfortable fixing my tooth because I mentioned leaving a bad review. This one is well deserved.

I had a bad experience with this doctor, not going back with her for sure. Just be aware. It felt like she didn't care, not the best caring person in my experience.
