1. The office staff rescheduled my appointments twice and only notified me of it the day before the appointments; hung up on me another time and was rude when I called back to ask why.
2. Erin Green charged me $700 (and planned to charge that for each of several returning visits) for a temporary Maryland Bridge that other dentists are charging a one time $400 fee for (entire duration). (Erin's quote did not say 'per visit'). Other dentists said they would not use a Maryland Bridge short term because of how many times it has to be cut away and cemented back.
3. Erin told the implant specialist that I was going to let her place my implant after I had already told her office staff that I still wanted to have it placed by the specialist (that she referred me to because of my dental issues).
4. I feel like Erin was angry that I still chose to have the implant placed by an experienced specialist after she decided that she could perform the same procedure and then she responded poorly.
