Dr. Eva Mejia, DDS

The staff is friendly, however not very knowledgeable in regards to billing or processing customer requests. I have requested my record several times over the last 6 months and I still do not have my records. I was told my insurance would cover an x-ray and a month later I received a bill for the full amount. I attempted to pay online, because the statement clearly lists a website to pay online. When I go to the website that is on the statement I receive an error that says the dental office has opted out of online payments. The statement should probably be updated to reflect accurate information. It's too bad the office staff has such poor customer service skills, because the other members of the staff are quite pleasant.

Pros: Easy to schedule; quick to get an appointment. The front office staff are very friendly and easy to work with; hygienists seem good. Cons: All work done now has to be replaces ( 3 years); Dr. Mejia rushed through procedures, limited explanation, & little time for follow up questions; dental assistants were rude, rushed through & caused more pain than the actual procedures.
