I hate to admit this but haven't been to the dentist in years and I was seen at a Dr. Chen's office by the hygenist Sue I've never experienced such a great cleaning in my life she explained things to me and took her time it was nice not to be judged. Would highly recommend her and the staff to anyone interested. 2 thumbs up.

Dr. Chen is a good dentist, but her hygienist is the worst. This newly hired hygienist is the only hygienist in Dr Chen's Troy office. She is the most aggressive and the most impatient one I have ever met, and I was treated like a toy with no feelings. I kept telling her she's hurting my gum and begged her to be gentle, but she didn't listen and apparently became even more rough. The entire cleaning was a torture. I or my family will never go back if this hygienist continues working over there.
