Wonderful caring staff. Dr. Juarez simply cares! My visit was very pleasant, I was not anxious nor nervous... Dr. Juarez explained everything that was needed to be done. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. J since he started his practice many many years ago. He is the best. I (we) wouldn't and haven't gone anywhere else in well over two decades.

Absolutely horrible to work with. Argumentative and unprofessional. My husband had a crown put on his tooth 5 years ago and within about 2 1/2 years the crown popped off. It appears that the dentist did a root canal through the top of the porcelain crown, which weakened it. It popped off again Monday. Called, texted no response. One of the office people finally called my husband this morning. They wanted to charge a consult fee and then determine what it would cost him to replace it. Are you kidding me!! We paid for this once and should not have to pay for it again. Had the dentist done it right the first time we would not be in this situation. When the office person called she was already agitated and kept talking over me all the while claiming she was trying to answer my question, which was a lie. I have never had an experience like this where all the person wanted to do was argue and cause conflict. She has no people skills what so ever and tries to make the argument your fault.

I moved to Anniville about two years ago the same time i've known Dr. F. Juarez. He is a great doctor...sweet and caring. Takes time to talk to his patients...hears out our concerns and will always answer your questions. His staff is also super nice and knowledgeable... Laura...Lisa and Michelle. Great at what they do from cleaning your teeth to help with your dental insurance and reminding you about your appointments...they take care of it all. I would definately recommend Dr. Juarez and staff.
