Dr. Fernando Pessoa, DDS

I went to dr Pessoa a year ago and he did an amazing job on a partial and some bonding and my teeth looked beautiful and I was super happy with them. Fast forward 1 year I went in because the clasps on the partial were broken due to normal wear and tear I understand that things happen. I told him my bonding was coming off as well. He sends my partial out for repair and tells me the bonding he did last year was temporary and never charged me for it so not to worry about it. I get there after my repaired partial was back only to find out they were totally new partials made of completely different materials. DR. Pessoa tried to make adjustments screwed the partial up and took the rest of my bonding off. Got mad at me when for his actions and had one of his girls give me a check for 1000 dollars and he handed me my partial had me put it in then threw his hands in the air and said I'm done while setting a check on my shoulder and steamed off.

He comes across as nice and helpful at first. But he pulled two of my teeth that should not have been pulled. He used me to learn how to place a post so he could put an implant in. But he is not qualified to do implants. He is a DDS, not a periodontists. Don't let him fool you. He failed on me 3x before I left and went to an expert.

I just got back from my regularly scheduled cleaning and I wanted to leave this review because with my old dentist I dreaded going in. It was a pain in more way than one.... with Draper Smiles the story is totaly different. Dr Pessoa is awsome, and all if his staff from the front desk all the way back. I highly reccomend them. My only complaint is the name... I dont live in Draper but the drive IS worth it. I learned 5 years ago that you should not just pick the closest dentist....

Dr Pessoa explained everything in great detail and made me feel very at ease with his suggestions. Office staff helpful and friendly.

Such a great experience! We were saving our money for regular veneers when we decided to do a little more research and found Doctor Pessoa and composite bonding veneers. Composite veneers are not not the same as typical expensive veneers. Composite Bonding Veneers are not permanently damaging to the tooth. They can reshape or remove the bonding later. (But really why would you want that after getting a beautiful smile?) The tooth enamel is preserved, not ground down to a stump or damaging
