Misdiagnosis,failure to address issue causing pain
The office made me come in several times without anything even being done in reference to my complaint of pain in the #30 tooth. F. Lavassani, finally, after several months and visits diagnosed that 'there was nothing wrong with my tooth but that my gums were the issue' and performed a 'deep cleaning'. This did nothing. I switched offices and lo and behold the old filling had cracked, the tooth needed a crown (which it may not have needed 6 month earlier when I went to see F. Lavassani the first time. On my last visit she referred me for a root canal which was not needed.

I really like Dr Lavassani. I enjoy her as a person, have had a couple dental procedures performed and been very happy with the quality of her work. Ive even recommended her to others. However, her receptionist/front desk lady is atrocious. I will not be returning to this office due to the mistreatment and incompetence of this lady
