I was a long-standing patient and she was fine- until I turned 65 and on Medicare . The receptionist went back and spoke to her, came out and said no they won't treat me and I was summarily dismissed! A long term patient!! The doctor's rudeness in not coming out herself is surpassed only by her shockingly unprofessional behavior. I sent a follow up email which she also ignored. Apparently the smile and friendly demeanor is an act to get your $$$$$$$$$$$.
