The service is horrible! We had to reschedule multiple times because they were not ready. Sometimes we get to the clinic and it is closed and we were not even informed. Last visit, the dentist was not even in and we were there for a filling. The wait can be more than 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. We re changing practice. I gave Dr. Aviles a 2 because he is a nice man but they need to change how they handle appointments and office visits.
